Frantivic & Associates

Frantivic & Associates is a professional service firm, conceived and brought into existence by three mobile and experienced chartered accountants. The firm is committed to assisting companies identity and capitalize on business opportunities both within and outside the country.

Our scope of operation includes accounting, tax advisory services, management consulting, corporate finance restructuring, recruitment and financial management. We also render advisory services to companies operating under SMIEIS businesses on the viability of projects.

Oyekola Oluremi Francis

(FCA, FCTI, CFA)

Managing Partner

He is the Managing Partner of the firm and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria. Remi has extensive experience in project review and due diligence investigations, business process re - engineering. He has led many due diligence and investigations assignments for various companies. Remi, a valued member of our audit team, has been in professional practice for over 25 years and possesses vast experience and a unique approach to audit, investigation, tax planning and expatriate tax advisory. Remi will lead this assignment drawing from the pool of resources available within the firm and his contacts to provide the required service. He has facilitated seminar programs in ICAN, CITN and Lawyers forums in the country.

Remi completed his M.Sc. in Accounting from University of Lagos and his Research work is on Impact of Auditing Standards on Auditors’ Performance in Nigeria. In addition he recently qualified as a certified Forensic Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN)

He trained with Ernst & Young, rose to become Head of Tax Department before he resigned in March 2002 to set up Frantivic & Associates.

Joseph S. Kofoworola

(FCA, ACTI, ACIB)

Partner Tax

He is one of the Partners of the firm. He has his first degree in Accounting at the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associates of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has had a wealth of experience in banking where he worked for several years before joining our team as Partner. While at the bank, he attended various internal and external courses which have become beneficial for present tasks. He has since been handling tax issues for the firm’s clients and has successfully handled tax consulting matters for clients in diverse industry spheres such as Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Merchandising, Banks and other services.

Ajao Ebenezer Adewale

(CISA, FCA, IFRS – ACCA, LONDON)

Partner Audit & Assurance

He is one of the Partners of the firm. He has his first degree in Accounting Education at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, and holds the Associateship of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, Certified Information Systems Auditor and CAAT certificate of proficiency. His work experience in accounting and auditing profession for over 20 years has exposed him to diverse jobs and tasks including statutory and private audits, investigations and consulting.

His wealth of experience covered government, manufacturing and banking sectors of the economy before joining our team as Partner.

He has passion for facilitation. He has been serving as practical resource person in the trainings organized by the Firm to clients.
